DEVÁ STATES AW '23

Introducing our newest brand partner, Indonesian based label, Devá States. Devá—the Sanskrit word for “divine,” also meaning “anything of excellence”—pays homage to Indonesian heritage. The designs are as varied as its range of references, from punk rock and horror movies to the traditional Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi—a concept that celebrates the beauty of imperfection.

Notable retail partners include; Dover Street Market (Ginza, New York, LA, Singapore), Luisa Via Roma (Italy), End Clothing (UK), Firmament (Berlin)

Devá States has expanded worldwide with its clever mashup of Jakarta street style, arresting typography, and dystopian sci-fi themes.

Mosaic & marble patterns are printed throughout several staple pieces. Deva explores these distinct textures, all the while implementing QUALITY detailed production techniques in all of their garments.
